One Touch Emergency Response(OTER) is an emergency first response service, responding to a single push button activated alert through the OTER Application.
One Touch Response mobile app is designed to be used on Smartphones, which enable our systems to quickly identify your exact location. It integrates easily with your existing phone and saves the bother of having to carry an extra device. The One Touch Response Device is a simple, easy to use Personal GPS device with an SOS button which provides an accurate update on your location whenever you need to trigger an SOS alert. The system is simple to use and most suited for the elderly, children and technophobes.
With the use of our GPS based location services and a 24x7 Command and Control Center (C3) our strategically placed field responders are just minutes away when you need them.
They however do not replace state agencies – including the police – who have continued jurisdiction. We do however coordinate, on your behalf, with them in certain situations.
