15 Day Return Policy:
SafetyKart offers complete trust and transparency on all your purchases - any purchased item can be returned within 15 days from the receipt of goods. You can return the purchased item to SafetyKart for any of the following reasons:
In case of a unique or exceptional reason (which may prove valid), we will gladly take back the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. The validity of the unique or exceptional cases of discrepancy will be decided by SafetyKart only. If deemed invalid or unreasonable, returns would not be initiated. If you have paid by card then we can issue shopping credits or in exceptional cases reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will issue shopping credits to the customer for the same amount or in exceptional cases issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging are intact before returning.

Please get in touch with us mentioning the Order ID within 15 days from receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund, or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners like Fedex, Bluedart Javas etc. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs.
We at SafetyKart.com strive to provide you the best possible online shopping experience. You may cancel all items before they have been processed and dispatched from our warehouses or if you do not find the product to your satisfaction on receipt of a COD Order. This includes items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back to your bank account used for online shopping. The processing of an order typically takes 1 - 2 days from the time of order confirmation depending on the product ordered. Cancellation by customer:
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount or issue shopping credits. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Only when will have to be sent back by the customer bearing the return shipping charges. The processing of an order typically takes 1 - 2 days from the time of order confirmation. SafetyKart has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SafetyKart.com and accept SafetyKart's decision regarding the cancellation.
Non Delivery Cancellation Policy:
SafetyKart delivers 99% of the orders within the promised schedule date but in rare circumstance if your item is facing any delays in delivery, we will ensure you are updated about the delay on a timely basis through call, sms and email. You can cancel the order if it has been delayed beyond the time specified by you while placing the order. We will, hence, initiate a refund.
Cancellation by SafetyKart.com:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We would in normal circumstance, issue shopping credits for the refund amount. For those who do not wish to use the credits, we would do the following : For card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card from where the payment was done. For cash/cheque payments, the refund will be done through a cheque. Cheque will only be made in favour of the "customer name" mentioned against the order. In case of any other mode of payment, a reverse bank transfer will be initiated by us as well for refunds.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the colour or size option of a product in your placed order. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately.
When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?
We shall process your refund immediately once your Order has been cancelled. Banks typically take a week to refund the amount to your card after confirmation from our end.
Can I change the product after I have placed an order?
You can either cancel the order or you can return the product and place a fresh order.

Items Which Cannot be Returned:
There are a certain few items that are not covered in our Return Policy. Please make sure to check the list that we have provided to see if your purchase will be returnable or not. If the product is not returnable, we will inform you on completion of the purchase. Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Damages due to misuse of product
2. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
3. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
4. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
